# Daily limits: what your AI growth team may send without you

> Daily limits decide what your AI growth team may send without asking you. They start at zero, everything is checked first, and one switch stops it all.

## Your team asks first until you say otherwise

When your team starts, its daily limits are zero. At zero, every email and post waits for you to approve it.

Three things let work go out without asking, and each one is your choice: raising a daily limit, saving a rule that lets one kind of post or email skip asking, or letting a team member that has earned it run on its own.

## Set how many emails and posts a day, and when to stay quiet

Switch the team on and set its daily limits: how many marketing emails a day, how many posts a day on each channel, and when to stay quiet. Switching on asks you to confirm it's you.

- The email limit counts every person emailed that day across the whole team, including emails you approved yourself.
- Quiet hours follow each person's own time zone when Runner knows it, and a time zone you choose when it doesn't.
- Three protective settings are on from the start: at least seven days between emails to the same person, quiet hours from 21:00 to 08:00, and a period of 28 days.
- Limits never run open-ended. They last 28 days unless you choose otherwise, at most 90, and then end until you renew them.

## Everything is checked before it goes out on its own

Before an email or post goes out on its own, it is checked. The team has to be switched on and running. An email goes only to people who opted in and whose mailbox is confirmed. It has to fit inside today's limit. And its words have to keep to your approved claims and brand rules.

Runner also keeps its own ceiling on how often each channel sends, whatever your limits say, and an email meant for more people at once than one approval covers comes to you instead.

## Anything that fails a check comes to you, with the reason

An email or post that fails a check doesn't go out. It comes to your approvals with the reason shown first, under What could go wrong, and you decide.

Timing works differently. If everyone an email would reach is in quiet hours or heard from you recently, it waits and is checked again later. Anyone else in that position is left out of that send.

Everything that goes out on its own is written down: what went out and, for a post, how to undo it.

## Some things always ask you

A LinkedIn article always waits for your approval, whatever the limits say. So does every post on Instagram, Bluesky, Pinterest and Google Business, an email over today's limit, and anything that fails a check.

The team can offer to raise its own email or post limit after a good week, but only against a bar you set, and only an owner or admin can say yes. Raising a limit asks you to confirm it's you; lowering one never does.

## Rules, and team members that run on their own

From an approval, an owner or admin can save a rule that lets one team member do one kind of thing without asking, up to a set number of times a week. A rule never skips asking for a first email to new people, or a first post on a channel.

When a team member's last ten drafts were approved as written, the owner can let it run on its own. Changing or turning down one of its drafts switches that off again, and it still asks before a first post, a new list, an article or any spend.

## One switch stops everyone at once

Stop team stops every team member, the daily limits and any running ad budget in one step, and it never asks you to confirm it's you. Once the team is stopped, nothing it drafted goes out, even a draft already approved.

Starting again asks you to confirm it's you, and the ad budget restarts separately, on its own page. Pause is the gentler choice: the team keeps drafting for your approval.

Only an owner or admin can switch the team on, change its limits or press Stop team.
