## Each draft arrives with its brief beside it

Each lead on your team writes drafts for its own channel and puts them in your approvals. A draft shows who is asking, by job and labelled as an AI agent, the brief it was given, the words themselves, and which AI model wrote it.

## Your checklist before you press Approve

Six things on the page to look at before you press it.

## Some checks run before a draft reaches you

A social post is checked against your claim sets, and one that breaks them is never filed. Public posts are kept free of prices, and of words like guaranteed and official partner.

If you keep a catalogue in Runner, a price in an email has to match it, and the draft lists the catalogue items it names.

## What Approve does, channel by channel

An approval never overrides consent or do-not-contact rules. If an email would reach more people than one approval covers, approving sends nothing, and the page points you to Campaigns.

- An email is sent straight away, only to people who opted in and whose mailbox is confirmed. Anyone who unsubscribed, is blocked or was already emailed that day is skipped. A sent email stays sent.
- A post on a channel Runner publishes to goes out a few minutes later, and you can cancel it until then.
- On X and Reddit, approving records your yes, and you post it yourself.
- For a LinkedIn article, approving schedules its document post and teaser, and pasting the article into LinkedIn stays with you.

## Edit it first, or turn it down

Open Edit before approving to change the words. What you save is exactly what is sent, and Approve then says yes to that version. You can also tell the lead to remember the change for its next drafts.

If the draft changed while you were reading, the approval is refused, so you only ever say yes to the words on your screen.

Reject stops the draft for good, and nothing is sent. A reason is optional, and you have ten seconds to change your mind.

## If nobody decides, nothing is sent

A draft waits a day for a decision. If nobody decides in time it expires and nothing is sent; a draft planned for a set time in the week waits until that time. Only an owner or admin can approve, edit or reject a draft.

Not everything waits for a person. Inside the daily limits you set, emails and posts that pass every check go out on their own, a rule you save can let one kind of post or email skip asking, and a team member you let run on its own can go ahead without you. Every LinkedIn article still waits for you.
