Set it up yourself
Step 1: On Settings → Plan & add-ons, press Turn on beside Agent email.
Step 2: Type your domain, check the subdomain Runner offers, and press Turn on Agent email.
Step 3: Copy the DNS records into your domain's settings, then press Check. DNS can take a while.
Step 4: When every step is done, Runner says Your agents can send.

Questions about Agent email
Why a subdomain?
It keeps your own email's reputation safe. If an agent's email is ever marked as spam, only the subdomain is affected.
Who can turn it on?
An owner or admin, in Settings → Plan & add-ons.
What happens on a new domain?
It warms up slowly. If too many emails bounce or get marked as spam, sending pauses by itself until you resume it.
Do my agents need my OK to send?
Yes. They draft the reply, and it leaves when you press Send.
What happens past 2,000 sends?
Each extra send uses 0.02 AI credits.
