What does agent to agent mean?
One AI agent asking another for something and getting an answer, with no person relaying the message. In Runner your agents ask each other, and every customer has a room where your whole team's agents answer.
Where do the answers come from?
From each agent's own records about the customer. Every answer shows its source, so you can check it before you act on it.
Can a colleague's agent see my private notes?
No. Notes you keep for your own agent never enter a room. When an agent holds something it may not share, it names who to ask, and only that person can answer.
Who decides what an agent may share?
A written rule, by the kind of information and who is asking. The model may phrase an answer, but it never decides whether the answer may be given.
Does Runner speak A2A?
Yes. Runner publishes an A2A Agent Card. An agent that received one of your campaign emails can ask about it and be answered only from the records the email cites, or decline it for its owner, which works exactly like an unsubscribe.
What happens when my buyer has an AI assistant?
Your campaign emails can carry a short summary it reads on its own, with the record behind each claim. Its follow-ups are answered only from those records, and if it says no for its owner, that person is not emailed again.
