Questions about the Sales Report X-ray
Is my sales report uploaded?
No. Your browser reads the file on your own device, and nothing in it is sent anywhere. Close the page and it's gone.
Which reports work?
A sales report as CSV or Excel (.xlsx), from any POS, with an Item or Product column and a Qty or Sales column. Korean column names work too.
Why is there no busiest hour?
Your report has no time on its sales. Some reports are item totals with no dates or times. Export one with a date and time on each sale to see your busiest day and hour.
How is the average ticket worked out?
Your report's sales total divided by its number of orders. It needs an order or receipt column, so the X-ray knows which lines were one order.
Where do the post ideas come from?
Fixed templates, filled in with your best sellers, busiest day and busiest hour. No AI writes them, and nothing is sent anywhere to make them.
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no account and nothing to sign up for.
