Count who stops at each display in your store, and for how long — with a tablet or a small computer and its camera.
Runner receives one row per display every 15 minutes: how many stopped, how long, and whether the look was positive, neutral or negative. No video, no faces and no identities ever leave the store.
$59 a month per store, up to 3 cameras · $15 each extra camera
Not available to businesses or stores in Illinois, Texas or Washington. Before a camera goes live, you confirm that staff work areas are outside every zone and that a sign at your entrance tells customers about it. You're responsible for notices your local law requires. Runner receives one row per display every 15 minutes, with no video, no faces and no identities.
You pay when you start.
Nothing to apply for. Create your account and pay for your plan upfront.
1
Step 1: Create your account
Name your business and the first product your team will grow.
2
Step 2: Pick your plan
Choose a plan, see its price, and pay for it at checkout.
3
Step 3: Meet your team
Your team is built once the plan is paid. There is no free plan and no trial.
14-daymoney-backguarantee
14 days to change your mind.
Ask within 14 days of your first plan payment and it goes back to the card you paid with, less the plan credits you used and any AI or media Runner paid for. An owner or admin asks from Settings → Team, and your plan ends that day.
14-day money-back guarantee on your first plan payment: two weeks to put Runner to work, and if it isn't for you, your money comes back to your card, less what you used that cost us money.
Cancel any time from your settings, and keep using Runner to the end of the period you've paid for.
Your card number never reaches Runner: you type it into the checkout page, and it stays there.
How AI credits work.
On AI included, your team's AI runs on Runner's account, so there are no AI accounts or keys to set up. Credits are what it spends. Everything your team makes uses some, and bigger jobs use more: a post draft takes a few, a video clip a hundred or more.
Credit packs
1,000 credits$10
2,500 credits$25
5,000 credits$50
10,000 credits$100
Or any amount from $5 to $10,000.
A month's credits, use or lose
Your plan's credits arrive at the start of each monthly cycle, on yearly plans too, and end with it. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
Plan credits go first
Every AI call draws on the credits that end soonest, so your plan's credits are spent before any you bought.
Top up when you like
Add any amount from $5 whenever you want more, or pick a pack. Credits you buy last 12 months.
Auto-reload, if you want it
Off until an owner or admin turns it on. Then, when credits fall below an amount you choose, it adds the amount you choose, up to a monthly limit. A failed charge switches it off and tells every owner.
Nothing billed after the fact
When credits run out, your team's AI work pauses and the app shows one button: Add credits. There is no overage bill.

Drafts and replies are counted at the default model and thinking level. Set a team member to a bigger model or a higher thinking level and their work uses credits faster. Clips run on the standard model unless you pick another, and each clip shows its credits before it's made.
Limits you set
On AI included, four controls keep a busy week, or a runaway job, inside what you meant to spend.
Limits you set
Limit
To begin with
Monthly purchase limitThe most that top-ups and auto-reloads can add in a month. An owner can raise it.
$100 a month
Per-product limitThe most credits one product's team may use in a month, if you want one.
Off
Daily safety limitA product's team uses at most 25% of the month's plan credits in a day, so one runaway day costs a quarter of the month at most. An owner can raise it.
25% a day
AlertsBy email and in the app, to every owner and admin: at 50%, 80% and 100% of the month's plan credits, on every auto-reload, and on a failed charge.
On
On your own key the same limits work in dollars of what your vendor charges, and a guide shows you how to set a spending limit with the vendor too.
From your code or your POS sales. Each product gets its own team.
AI included, or your own key
Pick the model your chief executive and each lead run on. It runs on the AI credits your plan includes, with nothing to set up, or on your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or Ollama, where your vendor agreement and your rate limits apply.
Visitor identification
Companies that visit are included in every plan. With AI included, naming visitors in the US uses AI credits: 20 a name, and nothing for a miss.
Inside the limits you set
Daily limits start at zero, so nothing goes out on its own until you raise them, or save a rule that lets one kind of post or email skip asking. Anything that fails a check comes to you as an approval, with the reason. One switch stops every member at once.
A goal you set, and a weekly review
The number is yours, and Runner counts only what was recorded. Each week the head of growth proposes a bigger share of the goal for the lead that brought in the most sign-ups or paying customers. You approve the move.
Medals for real firsts
Marked only when the record shows they happened. No points for activity.
Questions about paying
When do I pay?
When you start. You create your account, pick a plan and pay for it upfront at checkout, and your team is built after that.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
No. Every plan is a paid team from the first day.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, your first plan payment, if you ask within 14 days of making it. On a yearly plan, that payment is the whole year. An owner or admin asks from Settings → Team. We refund what you paid, less what you used that cost us money: the plan credits you used, at $1 for every 100 credits, and the AI, pictures, video, voice and presenter rendering we ran on our own account for you, at the same rate as plan credits. That includes promotional credits we gave you and usage past the credits you had. If what you used covers what you paid, there is nothing to refund. Later plan payments and bought credits (top-ups and auto-reloads) aren't refundable, and bought credits stay yours until they expire. The money goes back to the card you paid with, and your plan ends that day. Each business can ask once, each card can be refunded once, and it covers payments in US dollars.
Which plan should I choose?
Compare products, people and channel leads. Choose the smallest plan that covers your needs.
Can I add more people?
Yes. Additional people cost $19 each per month on Solo, Team and Business. They share your team and its AI, so nobody needs a plan of their own.
Are optional extras included?
Add-ons cost extra. Check the listed prices, or ask for the ones where pricing is not shown.
How is AI usage billed?
Choose included monthly credits or bring your own API key and pay your AI provider directly. Extra credits, including automatic top-ups, cost more.
Can I use my own key on any plan?
Yes. Every plan comes both ways, and you can change your choice later in Settings. A guide walks you through making a key and setting a spending limit with your vendor. A key you connect is used before credits, even on AI included.
How should I read the usage examples?
Usage varies by task and model. Image and video examples are alternatives, not combined allowances.
What happens at zero credits?
AI work pauses without overage charges. Buy credits to continue. Optional auto-reload can help, but purchase limits or failed payments can still interrupt work.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your plan's credits don't: each month's arrive with the cycle and end with it, on yearly plans too. Credits you buy last 12 months, and your plan's credits are always spent first.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year upfront at ten times the monthly price. The displayed monthly rate is an equivalent; included credits arrive monthly.
What if I run more than one product?
Each product gets its own team. Solo and Team cover one product, and Team can add another for $69 a month. Business covers up to five. Bespoke covers as many as you agree with us.
What does the managed ad budget do?
On Team and up, your finance lead paces ad spend inside a budget you set and asks before the budget goes up. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads connect today, LinkedIn within its starting limits. Meta, TikTok and AppLovin ads follow as each network approves Runner's access.
