Does Runner work with your POS?
Square, Lightspeed Retail, Toss Place and Toast connect directly. On Shopify POS, drop in your orders CSV. On Clover, sign in once Clover approves Runner. Any other POS works through the sales report it already makes.

Runner reads a report by its column names. If yours has an Item or Product column and a Qty or Sales column, Runner can read it.

Does Runner work with Square?
Yes. Connect Square once, and Runner keeps up with what sells. Or export the Item sales CSV and drop it in.
Does Runner work with Shopify POS?
Yes. Export your orders CSV and drop it in, and Runner reads what sells.
Does Runner work with Lightspeed or Clover?
Lightspeed Retail connects directly: sign in once, and Runner keeps up with what sells. On Clover, sign in once Clover approves Runner.
Does Runner work with Toss Place?
Yes. Enter Runner's service code in your Toss POS (설정 → 기타설정 → 서비스 연동), and Runner keeps up with what sells. Toss POS doesn't share stock counts, so there are no low-stock alerts there.
Does Runner work with Toast?
Yes. In Toast Web, make a read-only Standard API access credential and paste it into Runner, and Runner keeps up with what sells. Prefer a file? Export the Product Mix CSV and drop it in.
My POS isn’t listed. Will it work?
If its sales report has an Item or Product column and a Qty or Sales column, yes. Runner finds columns by their names, in a CSV or an Excel file.
Do I have to share my POS password?
No. You sign in to your POS yourself, and it gives Runner read-only access. On Toast you paste read-only API access you make in Toast Web instead. With a report, there is nothing to sign in to at all.
What does Runner keep?
Totals and trends: what sells, when, and, where your POS reports stock, what's running low. Never customer names, emails or card numbers. A report is read on your computer, and only its totals and best sellers reach Runner.
