Set it up yourself
Step 1: On Settings → Plan & add-ons, press Turn on beside Agent phone line.
Step 2: Check the price and press Turn on Agent phone line. Runner gets your number.
Step 3: Wait for Ready to call. Runner shows each step it has left.

Billed on your next bill. Turn it off any time; the number goes back to the carrier and can't be recovered.

Who can turn it on?
An owner or admin, in Settings → Plan & add-ons.
Do I need a phone account of my own?
No. The US number comes from Runner, on Runner's phone account.
Do my agents need my OK to call?
Yes. You approve every call before it's placed. Your do-not-contact list always wins, and a call needs consent on record.
What happens past 200 minutes?
Each extra minute uses 4.4 AI credits.
