For shops on Toss Place

Connect your Toss POS in four steps.

Enter Runner's code in 토스 POS, ring up one amount and cancel it, and Runner has your sales.

Four steps, at the counter

Step 1: Choose Toss Place in Runner
When Runner asks which POS you use, choose Toss Place. Runner shows you its service code.
Step 2: Enter the code in 토스 POS
On your till, open the menu below and type Runner's service code. Then go back to Runner.

Step 3: Ring up the amount Runner shows
Runner shows an amount, like ₩4,287. Ring it up as a cash sale, then cancel it. That shows Runner the till is yours. The amount works for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Check your till
Runner finds that sale and links your store. Your Toss Place is connected.
Then pressCheck my till

Sales every hour
Runner reads what sold, how many and when, every hour. Press Sync now for an update within ten minutes.
No customer details
The sales Runner reads carry no customer names, phone numbers or card numbers.
Yours to stop
Disconnect in Runner and the synced sales are deleted. Then remove Runner in 토스 POS → 설정 → 기타설정 → 서비스 연동.

Runner says it hasn't heard from 토스 POS today.

Enter the service code in 서비스 연동 again. If Runner is already listed there, remove it first and add it again. Then press Check my till.

Runner hasn't found the amount on my till.

Ring it up as a cash sale and let it complete before you cancel it. A sale cancelled before it's paid doesn't count. Then press Check my till again.

The amount ran out.

Each amount works for 15 minutes. Press Get a new amount and ring that one up instead.

Runner says another till rang up the same amount.

It happens rarely. Press Get a new amount and try again.

Does the test sale cost me anything?

No. It's a cash sale you cancel straight away, so no card is charged.

Who can connect the till?

The owner of your Runner workspace, or an admin.
