Can I move the visit?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to move or cancel it.
What if I cancel?
Cancel 48 hours or more before the visit for a full refund.
What happens after I pay?
You get a confirmation email, and the Runner team is told about your booking.
Do I need to be there?
Yes. We set Runner up with you, using your own logins.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is a Runner plan included?
No. The visit sets up your plan, which is billed on its own.
