Questions about your agents' phone and email
What's a subdomain?
A name under your own domain, such as team.yourshop.com. Your agents get their own address there, and the email your people send every day carries on as it is.
How do I set them up?
Turn each one on in Settings → Plan & add-ons. Email also needs a few records on your domain: Runner shows you what to copy, then checks them.
What happens when I go past what's included?
Extra minutes use 4.4 AI credits each, and extra sends use 0.02 AI credits each.
Will people know they're hearing from an AI?
Yes. Every call opens by saying so, and every email ends with a line saying it comes from an AI teammate on your team.
Can I turn them off?
Yes, any time. Email stops sending at once, and sent mail and replies stay in Runner. A phone number goes back to the carrier for good.
