Your Shopify sales, turned into a growth team.

Drop in your Shopify orders CSV, and Runner builds a team around what sells.

Shopify POS works through its orders CSV, and Clover follows once Clover approves Runner.

Or drop in a sales report from any POS.

Three steps. No setup.

  1. Step 1: Export your sales report

The item sales CSV your POS already makes. Pick the last 90 days.

  2. Step 2: Drop it in

Runner reads it on your computer. Only totals and your best sellers' names reach Runner.

Questions about your POS and Runner

Do I have to hand over my POS password?

No. You export the Orders export report from Shopify yourself and drop it in. Runner never signs in to your POS.

What does Runner read?

What sold, how many, when, and at which location, plus your items and your stock where your POS reports them. It keeps totals and trends, never customer names, emails or card numbers.

How up to date is it?

As up to date as the report you drop in. Export a fresh one whenever you like.

Does it find my slow times?

Yes. Runner counts orders by day and hour, and your team plans around the quiet ones. From a sales report, it needs dates and times in the file.

Do I need a website or an app?

No. A shop with a POS is enough to start, plus the AI model your team runs on.

Which POS systems work?

Square, Lightspeed Retail, Toss Place and Toast connect directly. On Shopify POS, drop in your orders CSV. On Clover, sign in once Clover approves Runner. Any other POS works through a sales report, as CSV or Excel, with an Item column and a Qty or Sales column.

Your sales already tell the story. Give it a team.
