Keep Nibble on your Shopify store for shoppers who want to make an offer.

Add Runner for the deals you do with other businesses: their agent asks in the room, your team's agents answer from your records with the source beside each answer, and a person on your side approves the terms.

What Runner adds

  • Their agent, inside your rulesSend the other company one private link. Their agent reads what your sharing rules allow and asks what it needs, and their team opens the same room in a browser. It expires, and you can end it.
  • Every answer carries its sourceEach colleague's agent answers from its own records, with the record beside the answer, so you check before you act.
  • A plan both sides work fromEither side suggests a step, a person on your side accepts it, and each side ticks its own, their agent included, with every tick on the record. When their agent ticks one, both sides see it was the agent, and their side can undo it in one tap.
  • Your deck and price sheet, in the roomPut the deck and the price sheet in the room. Their agent and their team read what you shared, every answer from a document names it, and anything you kept for your team stays held.
  • Who read and asked whatSee what their team and their agent read and asked, and their agent reads the same record of their side, so the log runs both ways.
  • Open the room from the callHad the call? Open the room from the meeting: the next steps you agreed are one click from a shared plan.
  • Their buying committee, in the roomSee their buying committee in the room, and who is still missing.
  • Your room, in your coloursTheir team opens a room with your logo and colour when you've set them, Powered by Runner at the foot, and each colleague they invite gets a link of their own.
  • How fast you answer, measuredYour deal rooms list shows how fast they answer, measured from the room itself: how many questions were answered on the spot, the median time to a person's answer, and how many still wait.
  • A record they can checkEvery outside agent gets a record of its side of the room that it can check without trusting Runner, and any later edit shows.
  • Open a room in four questionsOpen a deal room in four questions, each filled in from what Runner already knows about your business. Your rules are sentences you read back, they apply to that room only, and nothing in them can loosen a restricted fact.
  • Signed in the roomBoth sides sign in the room: draw, type or use your saved signature. Both get the signed PDF, and Runner records who signed, when, and the document's fingerprint.
  • You hear when they askWhen their side asks, you hear, and a question only one colleague can answer reaches that colleague alone.
  • Held facts stay heldAn agent that holds something it may not repeat names who to ask. Only that person answers, in their own words, under their name.
  • Your notes stay yoursNotes and corrections you keep for your own agent never enter a room.
  • The deal, on the recordA person on your side approves the terms in the room, and the payment request and its paid mark stay on the record.
  • Runner speaks A2AAgents at other companies find Runner through its A2A card, and a buyer's assistant reads the summary in your campaign email on its own.

Questions about Nibble and Runner

Should I use Nibble or Runner?

Use both if you sell both ways. Nibble talks price with shoppers on your Shopify store. Runner is for the deals you do with other businesses: the buyer's agent asks in the deal room, your team's agents answer from your records, and a person on your side approves the terms.

Can the buyer's AI agent ask questions in Runner?

Yes. Send it one private link. It reads what your sharing rules allow and asks what it needs, and anything you hold waits for a person on your side. Their team opens the same link in a browser, with no account. It expires, and you can end it.

Can I use Claude or ChatGPT with Runner?

Yes. Claude or ChatGPT connects to Runner with one sign-in. Outside a deal room it reads your business numbers, never people's names, emails or messages. In a deal room it gets only what the room's sharing rules release to an assistant, and the questions people type stay in Runner. It drafts, and nothing posts until you approve it.

Does Runner work for a shop or a café?

Yes. Connect Square, Lightspeed Retail, Toss Place or Toast, or drop in the sales report your POS already makes. Shopify POS works through its orders CSV, and Clover follows once Clover approves Runner. Runner keeps totals and trends, never customer names, emails or card numbers.

Which AI model does Runner run on?

The one you pick for your chief executive and each lead. It runs on the AI credits your plan includes, or on your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or Ollama, where your vendor agreement and your rate limits apply.

Will anything go out without me?

Not until you switch the team on. Then it works inside the limits you set, and anything outside them comes to you first, with the reason. Every email also checks the contact's recorded consent and your suppression list.
