Runner in ChatGPT and Claude

You can ask ChatGPT or Claude about your business — traffic, ads, deals, revenue, scheduled posts and what needs your attention — and get the answer from your own Runner workspace. The connection only reads: it never sends, posts, changes an ad or approves anything.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT on the web, go to Plugins, press + and choose Add custom MCP server.
  2. Name it Runner, enter https://app.runtheworld.ai/api/mcp as the server URL, and choose OAuth.
  3. In a chat, type @ and pick Runner. The first question opens Runner's sign-in; tick the products ChatGPT may read and press Approve.

Claude

  1. Go to Customize → Connectors, press + Add and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Runner and enter https://app.runtheworld.ai/api/mcp. Under OAuth client, choose Register automatically.
  3. Connect, sign in to Runner, tick your products and press Approve.

To disconnect, open Settings → MCP clients in Runner and revoke it; the next request is refused. What a connected assistant can read is set out in the privacy statement.

Reporting a security problem

Please do not email security reports to the support address. The security page says where to send them and what we enforce today.

Privacy requests

To ask what is held about you or to have it removed, follow the privacy statement. If a company used Runner on their website, ask that company first; they decide what is collected on their site.
